Titles of Nobility and Honour Amenmdment

America has been reduced to a pack of quibbling idiots! We are so busy slamming each others party that we can’t see the eminent fall of America.

Listen up you misguided mob of cultural misfits, because I’m going to give you the straight poop on the Original 13th amendment, which was/is known as the Titles of Nobility and Honour amendment. Don’t write me and tell me I can’t spell “Honor” you brainless drone. I am using the original spelling. Dah!

A prohibition against holding or accepting titles of nobility and accepting bribes, gifts, offices, pensions etc., has always been a part of the Constitution. It reads as follows;

Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8

No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.

By slamming the Original 13th amendment, you are slamming the framers, founders, and the Constitution itself! In 1810, Congress decided to put some teeth into the prohibition most likely because of the activities of former Vice President Aaron Burr and General James Wilkerson. It passed out of Congress almost unanimously on May 1, 1810. By Dec. of 1812, it lacked only 1 vote of being adopted. However, there is some debate on that. Many researchers believe that it may have received the needed 13th vote with Virginia being the key either in 1811, or 1814.

In 1819, Virginia published Article XIII (Original 13th Amendment) as a lawful part of the Constitution and declared it as "ADOPTED" on page 622 of Vol. II of its laws. They had been asked by the Secretary of State in Jan. of 1818 for its legislative position on the matter. They were/are the only source too ever claim that the amendment had been adopted.

The language of the amendment read as follows;

If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honor, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.

The amendment was intended to keep our politicians loyal to the American people and our political system. We can see from history how this country has been taken because the amendment was not recognized as lawfully adopted by the general government.

With every job comes restrictions and regulations. This is how we are supposed to maintain a balance of power. But, I guess we are too busy throwing are hands up proclaiming that we are black, Mexicans, Chinese, Muslims, or whatever, to see, that by doing so, this nation and everything it stands for is being torn down, brick by brick.

Scream first, that we are sovereign Americans. Citizens of the United States, and then identify with your cultural or blood heritage.

Why would the Constitution have a major prohibition in it without a penalty? Think about it. It doesn't make any sense. Why have a law without a punishment. Unless that law could overtly effect you, and you were in a position to keep the law from going into effect.

Why have a law that would stop foreign powers and bankers from taking control of our government and therein everything else in the United States.

Ah !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now you’re thinking. Keep up the good work!

YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH
